– Fishing 101  –

Why level fishing?

Right now?  Who knows?  Currently fishing is almost useless.  There are some benifits to fishing, such as for cooks who need fish for certain foods, and there is one know quest which a higher level fisher(unknown  fishing level) can get in Forochel that requires fishing.  Other than that, it's just something to do.  Hopefully this will change soon as updates come out.

Is it easy?

Simple! The first thing you will need to do is talk to a Hobby Master.  There is one in Bree at the scholar hall. (Near the reflecting Pool in Breetown)  Once you talk to him he will give you a basic fishing pole and a fishing skill.  You can equip your fishing pole, go to any water in which is deep enough to swim and click your fishing icon.  You will cast, once you get a bite, click the fishing icon again.  Easy.
